What does a Life Coaching session with Liz look like?
I don’t give advice or tell you what to do. Instead, I hold a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and emotions about your present experiences and dreams for the future. I listen—not just to your words, but to the deeper stories and beliefs beneath them. Together, we uncover painful thoughts and limiting beliefs, then transform them into something truer. We identify outdated narratives —stories you’ve been telling yourself about who you are and what’s possible—and begin rewriting them based on the truth that comes from your intuition. Some of my favorite tools involve thought work and metaphor.
